I love it. This is really more of how I imagine Sylvanas. :)

I am curious, how does it look without the shoulderpads or did you just design it to all go together? The costumer in me is wondering how the cowl/hood/mantle all fits together. :B

there's always risk of incorrect quad triangulation when using DP3D for texturing, besides, when it comes to such low-res models, it's generally better to work with triangulated mesh - gives more space for optimisation

Yeah, shoulderpads are movable and detachable for easier animation, hood and mantle are not :( way too poor poly budget.
